As part of its commitment to capacity-building and youth inclusion, CANMPSSAN has rolled out a new initiative targeted at empowering young professionals within the manufacturing and processing sectors.
The programme, titled “Future Leaders of Industry”, will focus on mentorship, technical upskilling, and union leadership orientation for members under 35 years of age.
According to the National Youth Coordinator, “This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of union leaders and prepare them for both workplace success and social advocacy.”
Applications for the first training cohort will open on July 1st, with limited slots available.
